Understanding funeral plans, without the pressure
A funeral plan lets you arrange and pay for your funeral in advance. This page simply explains how they work — so you can decide, in your own time, whether one is right for you.
What a funeral plan is
A thoughtful way to arrange your funeral in advance, giving peace of mind to you and your loved ones. You set out your wishes — hymns, music and personal touches — and pay towards the funeral now, with our services guaranteed at today’s prices.
Why families choose one
Peace of mind, clarity for loved ones, and the comfort of knowing your wishes are recorded. No one is left guessing what you would have wanted, and the cost of our services is fixed at today’s prices.
How it works
We talk it through
An unhurried conversation about your wishes — hymns, music and personal touches. At our premises, in your own home, or by phone or email.
We shape your plan
A plan built around you, with clear written detail of what’s included. Our services are then guaranteed at today’s prices.
Pay your way
In full or by instalments, with options to suit your budget. Your wishes are recorded and kept safely on file.
What a plan covers
Our professional services — making the funeral arrangements, transportation and care of your loved one, and the provision of vehicles — together with advice on legal paperwork and bereavement support.
What it doesn’t cover
Third-party costs such as crematorium or cemetery fees, officiants, venues and flowers aren’t controlled by us. If these exceed the plan’s allowance, the balance may need to be paid at the time of the funeral.
A simple, fixed arrangement fee
Our arrangement fee is £375. Payment can be made in full or in instalments, with options to suit your budget — and once paid, our services are guaranteed at today’s prices.
Our trusted partner
We work with With Grace
Our funeral plans are offered in partnership with With Grace — a trading name of Plan with Grace Limited (registered in England & Wales, no. 09777885), which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, reference 961832. Pre-paid funeral plans are regulated, your money is held securely and independently, and your funeral is always carried out by us — the family you already know.
There’s no plan to ‘buy’ here — only a conversation to begin
When you’re ready, talk to the family team about a bespoke plan shaped entirely around your own wishes and journey.
